2. Consortium agreement finalised with partners by end July, with advice from University of Birmingham research services (as C-SAP’s host institution).

3. Site visit to each partner by project co-ordinator – scoping of materials.

4. Begin literature review of pedagogical frameworks and theories/practices informing curriculum development and implementation around open resources – project consultant.

6. Initial project website, hosted and developed at C-SAP.

7. Begin any rights clearance for materials.

1. Begin deposit materials from partners into JorumOpen.

2. Begin development of supporting pedagogical framework, using other web platforms. Informed by literature review.

3. Advisory group consultation.

4. Contribution to programme evaluation and synthesis.

5. Student assistant(s) recruited – September to April (8 months)

1. Continue deposit of materials and development of pedagogical framework, and other web 2.0 supporting platforms for referring and linking to content.

2. Review the collection of usage data from hosting platforms.

3. Workshops using the deposited materials, hosted by project partners at respective institutions. 1 session to include evaluator. Contribution to costs from partner institutions.

4. Internal evaluation with partners.

5. Interim report by 9 Nov.
